Cosmetic dentistry is the improvement or enhancement of one’s physical appearance of the face by changing the shape, color, size and alignment of the teeth. There are a significant a certain number of ways to improve the looks of your teeth and smile :

Tooth Whitening
Tooth-whitening systems are used to lighten and perfect the nice thing about your teeth.
Veneers
Veneers are thin finger nail like semi-translucent cover made of special material, and bonded to the surface edge of the tooth to improve the colour and shape of a tooth. A touch of tooth structure is removed from the front, edge, and potentially the sides of the tooth. A dental laboratory technician fabricates the veneers; as the tooth structure is modified, the process isn’t reversible.

Crowns Caps
Crowns caps may be used to improve the shape, size and colour of the tooth / teeth for stylish purposes.
Full Mouth Reconstruction
There are times when the reconstruction of all the teeth in the mouth is necessary to achieve a slightly more stylish goal. Depending on the seriousness of the case, the reconstruction might be referred to a prosthodontist.
Bonding
Bonding is the process of reshaping chipped or misaligned teeth by “gluing” tooth colour material to the surface and edge of a tooth. The process is totally rectifiable as no tooth structure is removed.
Tooth Whitening
When all that’s screwed up with your teeth is the colour, it’s really possible to lighten your teeth by bleaching them. Note that not all cases can be bleached; some internal discoloring due to effect of antibiotics such as tetracycline can’t be treated by bleaching. Ask Doctor Rose about a suitable bleaching system for you.
Braces or Orthodontics
Frequently crowded and poorly aligned teeth need to be realigned to improve one’s smile and appearance. Today, orthodontics are for everyone, and it’s not uncommon to see adults in their 50’s or older wearing braces on their teeth. If the process is simply to reposition teeth on the present arch (the bony framework of the jaw), braces are the treatments of preference.
