If you have a patient that needs endodontic treatment in a tooth with complex anatomy or challenges, I’d like to work with you to help your patient keep this tooth. For patients with dental anxiety, we offer oral sedation.
We have 3 payment options:
- Full fees due the day service is rendered; we send claims so patients receive financial reimbursement.
- Direct billing: Requires credit card on file, pre-D’s, & patient portion due the day service is rendered.
- Direct Billing to NIHB and ADSC, no credit card required, but pre-authorization required.
