As most of our long time valued clients are aware, we began our dedication to the dental community in 1977 when my father opened the K-Dental doors as a handpiece repair centre. We have grown considerably over the last 35 years, with your valued support we are now a full product and service provider.

We are a factory authorized distributor for 3M, Kerr, Dentsply, VOCO, KaVo, SybronEndo, Midmark and most recently Axis to name only a few. As an authorized dealer, we are able to provide factory backed warranties, training and full product support. Furthermore, when you purchase from K-Dental, you can be assured that our products are compliant with Health Canada’s regulations and are genuine in nature allowing you to serve patients with confidence.

K-Dental has a well-respected team of professional service technicians, sales representatives and support staff to ensure clients receive the personal touch our company continues to maintain and strive for. Our team is here for you when you need us.

With humble beginnings, J&P began as the medical glove division of a pharmaceutical wholesaler. Since 2000, J&P has reorganized and expanded to include our own DIGITEX glove line and to offer a comprehensive line of products to meet the general needs of today’s dental and health care professionals.

Who We Are

Dentsply Canada Ltd.

Originally known as The Dentists’ Supply Company, Dentsply’s involvement in the Canadian market dates back to the early 1900’s but it wasn’t until 1963 with the acquisition of L.D. Caulk that Dentsply took on a physical presence in Canada. In 1964 L.D. Caulk and Dentsply merged in Canada under the name Dentsply Canada Ltd. taking up headquarters at 172 John St. in Toronto. From there business began to soar and with that came the acquisitions of such notable companies as Johnson & Johnson’s Dental Division, Ceramco, Maillefer, Tulsa Dental, Rinn, Midwest, Austenal, Astra Zeneca’s line of Dental Anesthetics and DeguDent with each business being effectively rolled into the Canadian operation.

Today, with over 80 employees and a large warehousing facility the Canadian operation is based in Woodbridge, Ontario. Supporting our dealer network, we employ over 30 sales and technical specialists to better serve Canadian dental professionals. Dentsply Canada also prides itself on its’ association with continuing education; on an annual basis we sponsor, support or solely conduct in excess of 300 continuing education programs reaching nearly 8,000 customers.
