Dr. David Wong
Dr. David Wong was raised familiar to the field of dentistry with his mother, Dr. Theresa Wong, being a dentist in same Burnaby location for over 30 years.
Dr. David Wong completed his post-secondary education at the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999 and a Master of Science degree in 2003.
In 2010, he graduated with prestigious honours from the Doctor of Dental Medicine program at the University of British Columbia. He was awarded the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Award, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Prize, and the College of Dental Surgeons of BC Scholarship for Dentistry for the best academic record.
Dr. Wong specializes is family and cosmetic dentistry. He is known for his gentle care and ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care. He has been a researcher at Canada’s Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre at the BC Cancer Agency. In addition, he has delivered dental care in rural Brazil and at the Ankor Hospital for Children in Cambodia.  Presently, Dr. Wong is a clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia.
